Sunday 2nd September, home against Loughor 10am meet

The proposed plan is to meet at 10am at Bishopston for a little light training, scrummaging and positional work, then warming up for a game with aloughor at 11:00am.  As we haven't practiced enough scrummaging we will have to go with uncontested scrums to keep it safe and agree that with Loughor before we start.   The match will be 15 a side, but everyone will get a good run out.  Please respond to the Teamer so we can see who is available.

Ospreys Skills Event - Wed 29 Aug

Ospreys are running a skills event at Llandarcy Academy of Sport on Wed 29 August - with 10:00-12:00 set aside for U12 (12:00-14:00 for U13 and 14:00-16:00 for U14).

Free admission - book by Friday 24 August.
