YOUR RUGBY CLUB NEEDS YOU!

This season has seen a fair few players take a break from rugby which is common in this age group and going forward. We thank them for their commitment over the years and wish them all the best and of course they are welcome back anytime! - Tal, Tommy Hepp, Owain, Steve, Connor R, Ioan and Cal (now with U14s).

With inevitable injuries we have struggled on occasions to put out a full 15. Positional training essential to advance to the next level is impaired by the lack of continuity. Nonetheless we have a talented and focused core group (some in their 8th year!) and as a proud club it would be fantastic to survive and fulfil potential until Youth. We need to pull together to influence what we can:

Please actively look around in school and among friends for boys who might want to give rugby a try - timing is good with the ongoing World Cup.

Everybody make every effort to attend training and matches, lifts are always available with planning, this bit is up to you!

Sunday 18th CUP GAME away Bridgend Athletic Players MiniBus Meet 09:15 Boots Carpark Mumbles

The players will travel in a minibus (Brendan's Buses) to build the pre-match atmosphere. Meet 09:15 in carpark by Boots in Mumbles opposite Co-op.

Ground is Newbridge Fields Bridgend CF31 3PA, Street parking available or can park at Bridgend Sports Centre, Angel St, CF31 4AH, free on Sunday. Walk around back of the centre, head for the kids play park. There is an athletics track on the right and a pitch on the left. Go past these heading for the river and go over the bridge to the open fields where the pitch will be (one of three).
