Hope everyone is enjoying the Summer. The good news is it's rugby time again. Hot off the press this week is the WRU new pathway designed to return Wales to World domination! Massive changes for us: 5 man scrums, 5 forwards, 5 backs and no more MAUL - just 2 players to compete at the contact area. Sounds like some practice might help!
