Pirates v Lougher

After the late Adjustments for absentees and lifts just the bare minimum 10 pirates made it to Lougher but were fortunate with the more experience of our 2 sides. I am sure it is a first that the Pirates came from behind 3 times and is a triumph for commitment and spirit to come away with a good win against quality opposition. Gutsy performances from the engine room of Tom T, Tal and Matthew G with solid backing from Kian and Mat S. Jake C was at his battering-ram best and more structured back play from Jake S, Morgan, Tommy H and Will is a strong platform to build on as we develop more positional play.
