Training in Oystermouth School Gym
Don't forget we've moved Tuesday night training indoors. It starts half and hour later at 18:00 until 19:00. The gym is the large building to the right of the ramp entrance on Newton Road - take the stairs (internal - not the external fire escape) to the first floor. There are other classes before and after us, so we'll have to be in and out promptly.

I'm bringing Harley for the first time tonight. Does he need anything specific for indoor training, such as long sleeves or tracksuit bottoms?
